Self Help Group formation and training was under taken in about 10 villages in Hulasganj block . Before formation of groups, several formal and non-formal meetings and contacts were made with the target groups. In the meeting the participants were informed about the importance and need of group formation, usefulness of savings and conduct of meetings etc.  Now the women have started saving and depositing the amounts in their respective groups to the responsible functionaries.  The regular meetins of group members are being conducted and issues related to Self Help Groups and other issues pertaining to women too are focused. Organization is also facilitating bank linkages for starting small business. The details are as followes :-
