Drought and flood are a general phenomena of Bihar. BGVASS with the support of CASA, Kolkata has implemented a project title Bihar Drought Relief Programme. The objective of the programme was to provide drought relief in 14 villages of Hulasganj block, Bihar through Renovation of Pond, Renovation of Pyne and Distribution of Relief Materials in the traget villages. The key results of the project are-Creation of 1536 human days in pyne renovation work & 5140 human days in ponds renovation work & 5140 human days in ponds.
