Bhartiya Gramin Vikas Evam Ayurved Seva Sansthan (BGVASS) came into existence in 1995 by a group of young and committed social workers who want to do something for the creation of a just and equal society. Later on, it got registered under the Societies Registration Act, 21 of 1860 in the year 1996 and under the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act in 1999.
